Orders

We want to make placing an order on our website as easy as possible. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you.

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits through your Propersole account:

· Track your orders and view previous purchases

· Add items and sold out products to your Wish List

· Save your address and card details so you can shop even more quickly in the future

· Join the Proper Points program to earn rewards towards your future purchases.

Our orders are immediately sent to be processed and submitted, so making any changes to your order can be difficult. Because of this, please ensure that all details are correct before your order is submitted. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you will view a confirmation page with your order number and will have the option to print. An order confirmation email will also be sent immediately upon ordering with a copy of your receipt included in the body of the email.

All orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed for shipping.

Proper points program

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like signing up for our newsletter and completing purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Sizing

Propersole offers a variety of products from various reputable footwear manufactures. For help finding the perfect fit for each style, please reference the sizing guide on each product page.

In the footwear industry there are, unfortunately, no enforced standards among manufacturers when it comes to shoe sizing. Quite often, as you may have experienced, the same size in one brand will fit completely differently from another. Based on our customers’ feedback, most of the Propersole inventory, in general, tends to fit one half size larger than athletic shoes. For example, if you typically wear a size 9.5, we would recommend you order a size 9.

Rest assured, we offer complimentary return shipping (exclusions apply) and a 30-day Returns Policy in case you need a different size. 

We recommend referring to our Size Chart for this information. 

Unfortunately, if an item is not available in your size it is unlikely that it will be restocked. Our customer service team would be happy to help you find an alternative option if that is the case. 

Shipping policy

Our facility is opened Monday through Friday, 9AM (PST) to 4PM (PST). All orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We are proud to offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Please note Propersole has no control over the delivery of your shoes once they leave our facility.

We are currently only offering shipping within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

We are pleased to offer complimentary FedEx ground shipping on all orders over $100 and a flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.

Overnight and 2 day shipping are available for an additional fee depending on your geographical location with the US.

Depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, your order will be delivered anywhere within 1 to 10 business days after your order is processed. Please note that all online orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and orders with overnight shipping are not guaranteed to leave same day. If you are at all concerned about your order, please contact our support team and we can advise you on the progress of your order.

Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the FedEx.com website.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk Of Loss

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after leaving the Propersole facility. Risk of lost/stolen/damaged packages purchased from propersole.com transfer to the recipient upon delivery of your items from our facility to the carrier. Should anything happen to your order after it has been delivered please file a claim with the delivery service.

As we know this can be frustrating and we strive to provide the best customer experience possible, we recommend following these methods to prevent your packages from being lost or stolen.

Out of town? Request to have you package held at a FedEx location until you return.

Concerned about people stealing your package? Let us know by adding a note at checkout and we can request to have a signature required upon delivery or have the package held for you at a FedEx location.

In order to resolve this issue, we recommend you contacting FedEx and submitting a claim. They will be able to better assist you. We also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. 

Returns and exchanges

All items purchased directly through the Propersole website may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. If an item is marked 'Final Sale' it is ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please note any item(s) returned must be in their original, unworn condition.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous United States so long as:

The item is eligible for returns, meaning it is not marked as a Final Sale item.

Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.

Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

A complimentary FedEx shipping label will be provided to you once you've completed the request on our returns portal.

The return label will be available for download directly on the site and will also be sent to the email address used to place the original order.

You will receive a tracking number for your return after you submit your return request. You will also receive an email notification when your return package is received at our facility.

Once your items have been received and quality checked by our team, your refund will be issued within 7 days. You will receive an email verifying issuance of the refund. Please allow for additional processing time for all November-January orders.

Merchandise purchased at Propersole.com labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged. All other items are eligible for return or exchange.
